
Claudia Osei
Claudia Osei is a public health nurse and autism parent coach with more than eight years of experience supporting early childhood systems and families. She holds advanced degrees in nursing and public health and has spent four years as an Army Public Health Nurse conducting health and sanitation inspections of Child and Youth Services (CYS) centers, followed by four years as a CYS Nurse Consultant preparing childcare programs for regulatory inspections.
In these roles, Claudia trained childcare staff in medication administration, communicable disease prevention, bloodborne pathogens, and Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), helping programs meet high health and safety standards while maintaining developmentally appropriate care.
In parallel with her professional work, Claudia has extensive experience guiding families through autism-related referrals, including diagnostic testing, developmental pediatrics, genetics, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech, occupational, and physical therapy. Her professional expertise is deeply informed by her personal journey as a parent of a child with autism.
