Dana Ganaden

Director of Early Learning and Family Strategy

Dana Ganaden brings two decades of expertise in early childhood education across federal government, private sector, and academic institutions ~ UC Davis. With a strong foundation in curriculum development, program operations, and behavioral support, Dana offers strategic insight into the planning, implementation, and assessment of high-quality Child Development Centers (CDCs). Her background includes center oversight, staff training, regulatory compliance, and parent engagement programs that foster inclusive, safe, and enriching environments for young children.

Dana holds a current National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) clearance and has worked on initiatives ranging from classroom design and age-appropriate curriculum to developmental assessments and staff credentialing. She supports programs aligned with national accreditation standards such as NAEYC, while tailoring practical solutions for both urban and rural communities.
